Hello,
I had a guest ask me to cancel her reservation due to the fact that the event she was traveling to had been canceled due to Covid-19.
I canceled it as per her instruction.
I now read we are to be given 24% of the amount due to cancelations of Covid-19.
The fact that I canceled the reservation at her request, I noticed I have not been given this refund. How do I go about applying for this?
She booked prior to March 14th and the booking was for the beginning of May 2020.
