The co founders message says we are partners. Good airbnb can reimburse me my cancellation fees. Airbnb must help hosts or loose them.

So far I am only seeing steps to address the facilitation of cancellations without penalty but none to address the eradication of months of reservations for hosts. Any information regarding steps to support the circumstances of hosts would be appreciated....
