Commission Question

Hi, I would like to put our 2 bed/2 bathroom apartment with shared swimming pool on Blue Bay Golf Resort Curacao on Airbnb.  I read that commission is about 3%. But what is the 14-16% service costs I am reading about? Is that on top of the 3%? Any advice greatly appreciated. Many thanks!

The 14-16% service costs are charged on the guest ("Guest Service Fee").

Unless you are on "host-only" fee structure, then it is charged on you.
