release payment of a reservation

Hello Community, glad to join you!

 

I ve been still waiting for a release of a a reservation/s payment from Airbnb website. Here below the details:

 

***  reservation code

 

 

Is is it possible to get it asap? I need to pay the owner... Thanks a lot!

In terms of payment, do you mind me asking how long has it been since your guest left?

 

The time it takes to receive payment can depend upon the payment method and if there are bank holidays etc. There is a helpful Help Center article on this, which might be useful. Also, as the Community Center is for community discussion, it is not managed by any of the Support Team, therefore it may be worth contacting them directly.

Hi Lizzie,

 

the guest is still in my apartment for other 2 weeks. There was a misunderstanding solved upon checkin time but the client is satisfied.

 

I wonder when i will get the payment released........ 

is there a direct phone number to contact the Assistance?

 

i tried to sent several emails but no replies...

In terms of a contact number, there is lots of information here in the CC. This can be found simply by using the search bar (found at the top of the page - see image below) and typing 'contact' and you will see many threads including telephone numbers or here is a useful Community Help Guide (created by a host here in the CC).
