Dear Sir/madam,

 

I always respond within the 24 hours. Last week I have been punished by Airbnb for not responding within the 24 hours. However, the guest already cancelled the reservation request within this time period. That is the reason I did not respond anymore this time. I don’t understand why being punished. Can you please explain? It concerns guest “Nuria”. I look forward to hearing from you.
