Airbnb Spain don't pay my money as to anfitrion from 21.06 2022

Hello everybody!
I'm in a big trouble with Airbnb Spain from 21.06.2022.
You are my last hope🙏

I'm working with Airbnb as an amphitryon more than 10 years. I started from 2012 in Donetsk ( Ukraine) , and last years I did it in Spain.
So, what happened. Now I have a great conflict with Airbnb Spain. They already debt nearly 2500 euros to me. From 21.06.2022 I took some bookings of my apartment, Airbnb accepted it, people came and go out, but I still have no any euro from these reservations.
Many times I contacted with Customer services, but they didn't give me any solution. Every time I'm speaking with another person and they don't know what to do, told me that I have to wait for an answer of the team.

Everything is ok with my documents, legal payment methods, etc. So I have no idea why Airbnb Spain behavior with me is like this!??
I already made some reclamations in the different organization dedicated to the customer rights.

I don't know what to do (((( At this hard times I have to maintain all my family - refugees from Ukraine (Mariupol), and in Spain there is no financial help for them from the government. I'm the only worked person.

Did anybody be in the same situation?

Please, HELP ME!!!!

I am having the same problem. I am with Airbnb for 5 years and never had any problem with my payouts. But this year is been a totally nightmare !!

I had guests staying in my apartment in Algarve since May,  I had  so far 6 guests and not a single payment was made to me.  I had many messages back and forward, each time someone different and no one can resolve any thing. I did everything what they suggested. They keep saying is a form i need to respond and I did respond this  form loads of times and they keeping sending me the same form to open a link that do not work and respond it... I told them hundred of times that i have done and the link does not let me open anymore. It is been such a nightmare that I fell ill and end up in hospital with stress nearly causing me a heart attack. 

They are just find excuses after excuses to keep me on the loop but is not solving or giving any answers.

I do not know what to do to have my money paid

Hello In desperation I emailed the legal team in Australia, then the USA<  ask that it be escalated to there senior resolution team or tell then you will pursue legal action.

@Olga256 if you have exhausted Airbnb support then perhaps you need to raise a small claims court case. It is easy to do across Europe and the costs will be added to the claim when you win.
