Auto-response to instant book

Is there any way to send an automatic message to guests who book via "Instant Book"?

An automatic  message is already being sent.  Under the Booking tab, at the bottom of the details for House Rules there is a "Pre-booking Message".  This is automatically sent to every Instant Book guest.  

After that, all messaging is manual.  You can, however, set up a Saved Message that you want to quickly send to all booked guests.

and you can edit the "Pre-Booking" message to personalize it a bit, here's mine:

"Hello and welcome to our home in San Francisco. This is an automatic greeting I include with airbnb 'Instant Booking'. You can expect a more personal follow-up message from me very soon. Welcome!"

Looks like this no longer exists.. is this the case? Certainly no pre-booking message option under house rules!

Go to Manage Your Settings and click the edit button under House Rules. Then click the edit button under Guest Requirements. Scroll down to Guest trip information, and write your message in the box - then save. I hope this helps.

I can't find "Manage Your Settings" anywhere. Only "settings", and there is no way to edit house rules there. Do you know if this has been changed? Could you please help me?

Will this send a message to guests who booked? Or will they have to go actively in to the listing to see it? Thank you. Already did all you said, just wanna make sure they see it very clearly.

We use superhosttools.com for automating messaging and are very happy with them and it's free.

 When I was in Cuba a few weeks ago  someone accessed my Airbnb account and changed some of my settings including my payout options. Superhosttools requires your air B and B password  and I’m hesitant to use it. How does it work?

I have been a user for 6months and it works great so far,  you can do so much on the platform, everything can be automated from sending txt message to your cleaning lady once the booking is confirmed even though it just works for us phones. But you can send emails, automatic messages to guests that book. 

Basically you can automate your Airbnb business totally.

I'm so happy to have been a beta user and now I get this for free! Even though if I had to pay for it, I would I'm very happy with the service. If you are interested in automating your airbnb.
