Hi @Weerasu0

Welcome to the Community Centre!

The airbnb site was down temporarily about an hour ago but it is working fine now so I would suggest trying again. If it then doesn't work you should maybe try using a different browser.

Hope it works!

Kirstie

Hi Kirstie

For two payments How can I restore it?

please help

Weerasu

Hello @Weerasu0 do you have a confirmation of both charges having been made to your account? If so, first contact your bank as one of them could be a withholding. If your bank says both are charges then contact Airbnb directly (this is a community forum) to make sure one of them is returned to you. Regards

It's great to see you here in the community! Please be aware though that this is a peer-to-peer (mainly hosts) community and there are no customer service agents here. If you want to find out more about what the community is for have a look here.

Although experienced hosts can help with most issues, your specific issue with an error with a payment is something that you should contact Airbnb support team about - the best ways to contact them are listed here.

I hope that helps and I look forward to seeing you back here again.

Will you gurrantee that next time will be success and it will not happen like this again?

I'm sorry that you still haven't managed to get hold of the support team. I suggest you look at the guide explaining how to contact them and try a different method, maybe Twitter, if calling isn't working.

I am not a member of the support team so I'm afraid I cannot help you other than that - I work in the community only.

I hope you can find a solution

I understand that there isn't a number listed for Thailand on the main list of contact numbers. If you look again at this guide explaining how to contact the support team however, and scroll down past the numbers, it explains 2 ways you can find the number for your area. Have a look and hopefully you will be able to find a local number you can contact.

@Kirstie ok i can try
