I've been attempting to make a reservation for the past hour. Every single time, I'm greeted with the error message "Unfortunately, a server error prevented your request from being completed. Airbnb may be undergoing maintenance or your connection may have timed out. Please try again."

I've tried again with a different browser, a different internet connection, a different computer and with an incognito session (no cookies or cached information).

It would be super helpful to learn if it's an issue just on my end or internal to the site.

Came here to open the same thread, having exact same problem. I called my bank and they said its an issue with airbnb service and that everything with my card is completely regular. Please help.

Sounds like you will need to give Airbnb a call. Look at the Contact Airbnb post at the top of this forum if you don't have their number.

Yeah I kept trying throughout the day and it seemed to allow me to attempt to book a reservation. 

No changes made on my end.

@Aleksandar8  Your issue is about payment and @Eric306 issue was about a reservation so not the same, except both were about an Air BNB system issue.  Best to follow @Helen3 recommendation to contact Air BNB.  I often use @AirbnbHelp (Twitter) for technical issues.

Sent them a message on Twitter yesterday, no response.
