Hosts in Bulgaria or Greece? Traveling from Bulgaria to Santorini /Mykonos whats the best way?

Fellow Hosts,  Im taking a much need vacation... 
I'm traveling from Sofia Bulgaria to Greece and then spending 2 days in Santorini and Mykonos what is the best way to get to the Greek Isles? Is there a Boat or is flying the best way?  Im curious if there a hidden way that mostly only Locals know about?

After hosting for 7 years this will be my 1st experience as an AirBnb Guest.
