Der Check in war für den selben Tag angefragt an dem die Anfrage einging. Daher kann "I'm going to have a business trip to Germany" schon mal nicht stimmen.
Kennt das schon jemand und weiß wie es weiter laufen würde wenn man ihn anruft?

Ich habe ihm jedenfalls nur angeboten, dass er seine Buchung zu 50% refound stornieren kann wenn er nicht eincheckt. Dann kam nix mehr.
