Getting your first booking

 a nice and inviting picture of you as the host will help. Also you mentioned eco-friendly and river view but i can not find any pictures of it. 

Make sure to highlight the most beautiful parts of the exterior too. maybe some pictures of the shopping malls nearby will raise the interests in your property.

Welcome @Nduta1  I suggest both a coffee table and end tables with lamps in the living room area. Bedroom should have end tables with lamps. Put some framed artwork on walls.

You have a count of 6 guests but seating at dining table for only 4. 

Since advertising says 2 bedrooms, there should be a picture of second bedroom. Does it sleep 4?

Where will guest store/hang their clothing?

The goal is to make one’s place inviting.

I also noticed the dinning table is only for 4 but you say sleeps 6 @Gwen386  says,

Does that also mean the kitchen utensils only enough for four guest?

I would say you need a lot more photo's, outside also people do like to see,
