Picture Filters

I'm a new host. All these pictures look like they have a filter used on them. They don't even look like real pictures.  What are the filters being used?

Pictures of their airbnbs. They look heavily filtered to MD. All of them are really light

Im not an expert but you are right they dont look good, 

My photo's were done professionally they look pale,

Even on my phone look better,

They look better even on FB,
