Trouble adding payout details for the first time

Hello! For some reason the 'payout method' page won't load for me, I've tried it at different times of the day and everything else will load on Airbnb but not that page so I cannot add my payout details...

I'm not expecting my first guest until 10th July but it seems odd that I can't add my details or even access that page, it is just continually loading even when I refresh!

Help!

@Laura4817  Try clearing your cache. Also if you are using the app, try on the desktop version, which has functionalities the app doesn't.

Hi @Laura4817 Laura4817- did you ever find a solution for this? The same thing is happening to me, the page loads for 1 second then goes blank. 

I tried the above suggestion as well to clear my cache & it's still the same.

First-time payout requests usually take 7 working days to process Download iMessage for PC  (for security  account information to PayPal once you hit a certain payout amount.
