Health, safety, and support of Superhosts

I have been a Superhost for 4 years.  I have over 100 positive reviews.  I do too much for my guests:

 

—slippers 

—snacks 

—water bottles 

—sprite and coke cans in fridge 

—specialty soaps over the retiree soaps and shampoos 

—laundry detergent pods abs softener sheets 

—a special extra gift if the first booked long term

I must repair hear and air units and shower heads abs sink fixtures and more at any given time.  

I disclose my security cameras and they are a protection for the guest most of all. 

1.  I repaired my ac unit 

2.  The first had undisclosed security cameras inside (that would prove only the repair to the ac and TV under 10 minutes with the tech present and me also)

3.  The guest left during the dark hours with 2 male people not on the listing (I have security footage)

4.  The guest said whatever she said that is undisclosed to me 

5.  Airbnb cancelled her reservation 

6.  Airbnb than suspended me

7.  I then tried over 20 times to reach US BASED support without success 

8.  I am not accused of ‘abusive language.’

9.  My account and celender have been suspended since 4/9/2022.

10. I have been spoken to by Airbnb safety email person on no uncertain terms that I must wait as long as it takes to resolve the matter.  

I felt felt very scared and unsafe and than frustrated when my Superhost became suspended. My job is now on hold for an undisclosed amount of time with communication that is difficult at best (I think my safety email person of foreign as well and misunderstands me very much). 

its been very very upsetting and bad for my health.
