Hello! Please dont take offence at my comments however i found the most useful comments on my own listing were the ones that were just plain and to the point!

There is one photo that made me stop and say “wow” and that was the photo where there is a small

Boat in the sea next to the swings and it has a beautiful reflection. I would use this as your main photo- a photo that makes people who love the sea and the beach want to see more about your place. 
i would remove or re-take all the photos that are tilted, this does not give a good viewing experience especially when looking on a mobile phone and i would also take out all the photos of the cups - i know what you are trying to create with this sort of photo but i think those kinds of photos need staging and to be taken professionally with the correct depth of field- just me personal opinion! 

you could also maximise the description for each photo ( you may have done this already but i can not read your language) but on some photos i wasnt sure if i was looking at a picture of your property or if the photos were taking in the local village so it would be important to explain what each photo is in the description of each photo. Maybe also take out the photo of the smoke! 

other than that you have a wonderful place and it is so light and spacious im sure it is a beautiful place to visit! Good luck
