Advice on the listing and space

Hey! I've been hosting on Airbnb since 3 years, but I don't get good and often leads. I really want to get some advice on the same!

@Shiwangi0 I've been hosting many years, though just now getting back into it. One thing I would leave out in your description is the sentence "Prices varying as per the requirement." You're right, of course, it would vary based on how many nights, discounts offered, etc. It just put my attention on the price and you're better off putting their attention on what a great place they'll be staying at!

Also, I would add more pictures. People love pictures; try to make them especially attractive by catching the sun in a certain way, add some flowers, whatever. I change my pictures every now and then also.

Your reviews are mostly great, except for one. When you respond, try to stay professional, just stating the facts and your side of the story.

The last thing I would suggest is to lower your price, even if temporarily, and see if that makes a difference. Good luck! 🙂

Thankyou @Diane1590 , I appreciate you taking your time out and sharing some really helpful points that I have surely incorporated. I have added some photos of the views that my property hold, as this is it's USP. I also have made certain changes in the price range and edited that "price" line in the description.
