Hey, I'm looking to furnish my small studio condo and wondering if anyone in the Toronto area is looking to sell their furnishings?

Hello @Jannat8
I purchase some second-hand furniture from local markets and refurbish them to give them a fresh, unique look. For example, I transformed my wooden dining table into a charming, rustic piece. The key is to ensure the furniture is sturdy and functional. I also recommend joining local buy-and-sell communities, which are often active on platforms like Facebook Marketplace. They’re great for finding affordable pieces to upcycle and personalize for your space.
@Jannat8 Facebook marketplace provided a lot of our furniture/equipment at excellent prices. Antique auctions are also great if you have a period property. Many of our guests enjoyed 200 year old furniture. Only brand new items we bought were linen and mattresses.
Thanks Mike-And-JaneO! I have been checking Marketplace - and I love antique stuff.
I'll pay more attention when I check them out this week.

Thanks Patricia2526! It appears you must be very talented. If I had time these are great ideas. I will definitely look into the local buy and sell communities. Much appreciate your tips.
Be well.
