Hi all kindly need your support on my payments

I am very new to this Airbnb platform. I have already got bookings through this site and hosted three parties so far. but still haven't got my payment from Airbnb. they have sent me a mail saying that they have sent my money but still I haven't got it into my account even after 11 days.I kindly request someone to please  help me to solve this problem .

@Gaya46 Firstly you should check your payment route in your account. It is very important to check that your account hasn't been hacked and the payment details changed.

Secondly check your transaction history to see what it says about your payout.

After that if you use Twitter ask Airbnb via Twitter where your money is.
