I cant seem to update the number of beds on my new listing

Hi I am new to Airbnb but cant seem to update the number of bedrooms on my listing

Same issue here. The new update seems to have limited the ability to edit specific listing details.

I believe the number of bedrooms and bathrooms is now populated by the AI photo tour. You would have to add another Room for the new "Bedroom" to the photo tour and then describe the sleeping arrangements.

@Joan2709 thank you for this. I started to wonder if this was the issue. But I am new to Airbnb, and thought, well I must be doing something wrong.

But, no I can't be, because I've gone in and out of the app and deleted how many beds and then added how many beds and the number was still wrong. 

I do have two photos for my bedroom. I do have a one in room workspace photo which is separate from the bedroom (bed photos). 

I'm going to try to do what your message suggests! I hope it works! ☺️

Well this is frustrating. 

I had a bedroom 

A bedroom area 

And other photos 

There must be something with this app that if you have any other bedroom photos even if you have it registered with just one bed it's registering to if it thinks it's looking at a bedroom?

I am completely baffled after deleting the section bedroom area. And also took out any pictures that appeared to be bedroom-ish. 

But this means I can't list in the photo tour my little sitting area in the bedroom (that does not have the bed in the photo)...or else it registers (without me checking any boxes) 3 beds.

I'm baffled with this, it has to be in this photo tour section. At one point it had me with three beds, rather than the two, which is even more  incorrect (adding onto my space another bedroom). 

If anyone figures it out, I'd love to know how to fix it to show that my 1 bedroom which I have listed, only has 1 bed which I have clicked.

OMGOSH I got it!!

I went back in for something random I noticed that even the living room has a section to edit and shows sleeping arrangements. So while it is possible to sleep in my living room, it's not the room I'm offering for sleeping arrangements.

It's not the app, it's me, and I must have hit that at some point while setting up my Airbnb. 

So if you're having that problem to anyone who's searching this, double check every single room and make sure that you click the arrow button to the right below every photo in your photo tour and be sure that you don't accidentally have things that are checked that shouldn't be (like sleeping arrangements if that's not what you want) lol. I'm so happy this is figured out!
