Need help please!

Hi people, I hope you all well...

I got an apartment on airbnb that got a comnunal entrance with intercom, I was wondering if any one can suggest a device that will allow me to open this door remotely or send a virtual key to the guest that allow them to access the building?

I already tried Ring Intercom but did not work for me, please if anyone can help me with that will be really appreciated as I can't meet guest's everytime they've arrived.

Unless you r apartment allows a key lock outside your apartment if you cant meet your guests you could

1. pay someone else to handle check ins 

2. use a key cafe or similar which guests can collect the key card from
