No lock found message on AIRBNB

Hello we recently purchased the Schlage Century Encode Smart Wifi door locks and I can't get it to link with AIRBNB.

I press get started under connect your smart lock for smooth check ins, then connect and choosing SCHLAGE it buffers then it says NO LOCK FOUND-Make sure you have added a smart lock and check for connections issue. 

 

My lock works and is connected to WIFI but it won't link to AIRBNB. Please help.

I talked to Airbnb support and they said this was a known issue.   It does look like it was resolved and now I was able to add the lock!

Same issue here.   My lock works fine in the Schlage app but says no lock found with Airbnb.
