Pet policy

We have listed our place as a no pet policy.  We just have never wanted to deal with issues concerning pets.  But recently it has me question whether we should continue with this policy because we are seeing more and more people who have pets.  Also at our place we have chickens in a pen on the property and they might be attacked by someone’s dog if they are staying at our place.  So I just wanted to know your thoughts about it thank you
