@Abu139 Go to your guest account, turn on Total Pricing, search your area with different high and low season dates, filter on the number of bedrooms, look at the map, and compare with the other listings around you. That should give you a good idea of whether your prices are competitive.

I'm relatively new to hosting however, my approach to pricing was to check out availability in your district from the Air BnB page. Look for the page with the Map and go to the cluster nearest to my our property look for comparable property offerings and set yours to match within a margin above or below dependent on your perception of value for money, attraction or amenities at either properties and if perceived a peek value opportunity you can go further adjust a percentage either way. That should assist providing you with market knowledge and ability to flexibly adjust your night rate to address forcast demand and opportunity in out of season months to appropriately pitch rates in association with the embedded discount pricing algorithms.
