Beautiful house, really lovely.

The Airbnb new listing discount really helps get the first 3 guests.

Eating, your table has 3 chairs and your living room has no tables.  My group is 5 people.  Even a coffee table so it isn't all hold and balance.

You mention close to popular attractions.  Create Some Airbnb Guidebooks sprinkling "Keywords"  Close family or group lodging to whatever.

 Organize the photos using the Airbnb Folders  add bedroom 3 set up so Airbnb populates a where you sleep om your first page

Review Amnistiares add everything kitchen and appliances within the kitchen  Upul average is about 30.

This is beach weather, entice that market.

Beach pictures maybe even a Guidebook

Ease to get to beach

Beach creates laundry

Beach requires towels and a blanket to sit on.

A portable cooler.

Inexpensive sand toys.

A beach bag
