administrative online check-in fee?

administrative online check-in fee?

Morning All

 

We've booked a flat in Bologna for next week, all paid but the host has sent us an external link for administrative online check-in which is asking for a 50 euro free, is this right? Been using airbnb for years and never came across this.

@Sandy971 I would contact Airbnb customer support. If the fee is not mentioned in the listing (I suggest you take screenshots asap) then it is not allowed per the rules.
