We are in the process of renovating a old grocery store from the 1940's into a tiny home in our back yard. We currently live in the main house on the property. I was wondering the best way to list both the main house and the tiny house as separate listings but also have an option to book the entire property, both houses, as one.
Has anyone set it up where if, for example, the tiny house is rented for a week the main house can still be rented but not the combined option. And also if the combined option is rented that they can't be rented individually?
Or is the best way to list all three separate and if the tiny home is booked, then I remove the combined option for the rented time?
