The reason you're not getting any bookings is likely because your price per night is more expensive than other listings in your area. Not only that but you've also set a 2-night minimum making it even more expensive. I would suggest you look at other listings and reconsider your per night charge.

Suggestions

Tweak your listing

Photos- A visual walk through for a potential Guest.

Use the Airbnb Room Folders.

Write photo captions highlighting certain items.  Big refrigerator or spacious dresser.

Take photos of every room if it says 3 bathrooms the expectation is photos of each bathroom.

Remember photos of like the kitchen should show a Guest to compliment use of the kitchen.  

Ad Description- Write more than 1 lim.  Look at other listings.

A potential Guest knows nothing about your property or area if you don't tell them.

Add something to your Host Profile.  Again the potential Guest wants to know something so your not invisible.

You have the New Listing Discount which is good.

Lack of bookings equals lack of traffic that effects the Airbnb display position of your ad.

Updating your listing helps because Airbnb does check last modified date.  

A suggestion would be lowering price for a few weeks will move you higher than competitors because better price.

Turning on Instabook fr a few weeks.  I usually increase my notification time to avoid same day bookers
