I need help with a support case.
For over a year my accessibility photos have been "stuck" in review as I have been told on the phone there is a technical glitch on my listing. I spend an hour on the phone each week with support who read me the same script "by the way we are really sorry but we cannot connect you with any other contact or support". Today the girl on the phone actually acknowledged that they have tried everything they can do within the support phone line and could not refer my case or try anything more, but I could delete my listing completely and start again - give up essentially.
The accessibility email just doesn't reply to me and all I need is 6 photos either reviewed or the glitch on my accessibility section cleared so that I can start again uploading the photos.
Can someone here help me?
