I totally agree with you and it has been suggested here on the CC but don't know if this will be taken on board. It would really benefit both the hosts and guests experience if the quick replies benefited from the same message system with all the frills (photos, lists, bold etc) that we enjoy here on the CC.
@Airbnb My guests are always confused on the entrance, and I have to send a picture to clarify the gate to the property. It seems like a V1 feature to be able to include an image in a saved reply. Please add this - it's time consuming and annoying to have to manually look for and attach the same picture for every checkin.
