AirBNB Experience Waiver

Hi!  We are fairly new to the AirBNB platform and have a question about the Experience Waiver.  We have a pond on the property with swimming, and paddleboating.  We would like to have guests sign the experience waiver upon booking.  Is there a way to download the waiver, and can we have it be part of our booking process?

Generally does not allow hosts to require guests to sign additional agreements or waivers outside of the platform. However, you can include house rules and policies in your Airbnb listing and communicate them before booking.

If you want guests to acknowledge an amenities waiver, you could:

1. Mention it in your house rules and guests must agree to these before booking.

You might want to contact Airbnb Support to clarify whether they would allow a Google Form for this purpose.
