Airbnb Unfairly Suspended My Account Due to Nondiscrimination Policy

I'm reaching out in desperation after my Airbnb account was suspended without warning or explanation. To make matters worse, I'm not being given the option to appeal the decision, and I'm unable to message Airbnb support.

The situation started with a difficult guest who booked my property despite not meeting our house rules. When I politely informed them of the issue, they became abusive and sent over 50+ aggressive messages.

Airbnb's decision to suspend my account has left me shocked and disappointed, especially given my Superhost status. I've tried to reach out to support, but I'm being met with silence.

Has anyone else experienced a similar situation? Is there anyone who can help me get in touch with Airbnb support or provide guidance on how to appeal this decision?

I'm grateful for any advice or assistance during this challenging time.

It depends on what the House Rule was and why you felt the guest didn't meet it?

Interesting.  I have found that AirBnb will accept an accusation and punish the host regardless of how outlandish the accusation.  Here's a doozy for you and this has happened 2x in the last year so it makes me fell like it is indeed a pattern.  So, we booked a young lady who said that she was going to have a weekend getaway with her 4 kids.  I swooned thinking about what a wonderful mom this was to plan a getaway to the lake!  Come to find out the person had been advertising for 3 months prior selling tickets to this gathering on their FB account and had been advertising free booze, strippers, a DJ and thunderous music.  The house occupancy was only 10, but they had cars lined all up the road and had over 50 in the house.  As soon as the guests came to the house they went around looking for the security camera that had been disclosed in the AirBnB listing.  Then they unplugged the internet so that the parking lot camera could not function.  The neighbors called me and alerted me that a huge crowd had gathered and that they were partying so I tried to call the guest.  The contact info they gave was false and so I could not call the guest to tell them they were breaking the rules.  I decided to go to the house and found the huge party, very unhappy neighbors, marijuana, the use of the beds without sheets, evidence of the strippers, the DJ and massive amounts of alcohol and smoking of cigars inside the house along with cigarettes.  Rugs had to be disposed of and flooring had been burned.  So, what did I do?  I told the group that they were breaking all the rules and that they had to make everyone leave.  They got mad and started hurling racial slurs at me and making threats.  So, I reported her to AirBnB.  I sent evidence of ALL this to AirBnB in the support section expecting some kind of justice. What did the guest do?  They wrote up a BAD 1 Star review and accused us of spying and AirBnB let it stay!!!!!  Then what do you think AirBnB did?  They took down the property and banned it from ever being relisted.  I tried to appeal and they said that because the "guest" accused us of spying on them that the decision would not be overturned.  Just WOW.  And, by the way, every word of this is true, true, true...
