Airbnb failed to change property type from room to entire home

I used to rent out my entire property, then I changed to a room because I moved back. Now I'd like to rent the entire property out again. I've spoken to customer services several times and changed photo albums, select all the correct descriptions. However, my property still shows title "Room in xxx" and it says sharing space with me. I dont know is this a technical issue or what. Customer service seems useless and also dont know what happened. They said they will pass the case to the technical team... I don't want to wait for that long and it shouldn't be this complicated !

Yes i've changed everything I can to make it shows as entire property. 

But airbnb stills shows it as a room

If you are trying to change from the Rooms Category to entire property, It seems that if you correctly make the changes in the property description under the Listing Editor, you'll still need Airbnb CS to complete the change. Another Host posted a similar problem with changing the Rooms property type. He also needed Airbnb to make the change.

In my case they cannot make the change. I dont know what's the situation of the other person. Basically, make sure each photo is under the correct category. There is a category section and my property is labelled "room" category. This is the main issue. Host can apply to change or remove categories here.  https://elevate.translated.com/categories 
It took about 4 days to have them removed that from my property.
