Airbnb's weird demands.

Re: 'The  entrance to my house'....If Airbnb wants to pay for the erection of a ramp to my house I am more than willing to let them do it for me on the back steps. But it would be nice if they could couch their demands in a less AI lifeless and threatening style. Are we to be ruled by algorithms or is there a spark of humanity in their organisation ?

But what exactly did the message say? I've never heard of a host being told to construct a ramp.

@Michael879 I think you need to explain a bit. I have never heard about airbnb demanding acessibility. They do ask if you have it, but that is for the search engine, for those that need that.
