I am curious if it will impact my Airbnb visibility if I change the name of the property prior to having my super host status? It seems of the two properties I manage the property without a pool is renting much better this fall and winter. The House I’m trying to increase occupancy on has a pool picture as lead photo and has “pool” in the title. It also has a beautiful kitchen and fireplace I’m curious if switching from  a pool photo to  kitchen or fire place lead photo  and renaming with “gourmet kitchen” or beautiful fireplace” in the title versus “pool” in the title may help? Or of because I have some good reviews; only 8 so far if that would impact too much? Thank you for any advice.

@Amanda2190I don't believe changing the title affects anything with respect to the reviews or super host stats.
