Availability- Reservation Preferences

I changed my Preparation Time to NONE 3 days ago, but, my calendar has not updated.

This is affecting a prospective new booking.

Can anyone help please ?

If a preparation time is set , each reservation blocks also the set preparation days before and after the reservation (at the moment the reservation is confirmed). Resetting it to "none" in my experience does not unblock those dates, only effects new reservations. You can manually free the blocked "preparation days" in the calender.
