Yes. You can check the calendar sync settings on Vrbo. You can also block some test nights on Vrbo and see if they show up on your Airbnb calendar. Remember, there is a delay for syncing to occur. I believe Airbnb says it can take up to 2 hours for their calendar to sync to Vrbo. Not sure about the delay from Vrbo to Airbnb.
Hosts generally manually refresh both Airbnb and Vrbo calendars after they get a reservation to avoid double bookings. After you block the test nights on Vrbo, manually refresh the Vrbo calendar. Then go to the Airbnb calendar and do the same thing. Then double check the sync worked correctly and the dates show blocked on both calendars . If so, unblock the nights on Vrbo and refresh and then go to Airbnb and refresh. If you have synced the calendars correctly, then the dates will show unblocked on both calendars when you are done.
