Can a leased property be listed in airbnb

I  want to lease a 3-bedroom apartment in Hyderabad, and list it on Airbnb, is it possible to do so?

As long as the landlords don't have anything in the lease that forbids running a business or using the property you should be fine @Vinay85 

Obviously check demand and supply for the sort of property you want to list before committing to a lease and check with your local government to see if there are any STR restrictions/licensing.
