Can anyone help me with my Host login?

I am having trouble finding the green air bnb symbol so I can log into my host account.

I am also having trouble finding my property when I search for it.

I am very new to being a host and spending ages trying to log-in to my host account is driving me mad.  I have tried everything suggested here except that I can't find out how to log out of my account for when I am booking things.  Usually in this kind of email trail someone helpful from the relevant company chimes in and clarifies how deal with the issue - does that not happen on Airbnb?  However all your comments are useful, at least I know it is not just me.

Yes I have installed the app but it's for guests only - not for hosts.

I can't see any ways to log in as host and see and answer messages from guests

@John2815 there is only one app and it is for both hosts and guests. When you click on "profile" in the bottom right corner you will see under your photo "switch to hosting". Click on that and you will see the options for hosting.

Airbnb has become a GREAT BIG CLUSTER F***. Half of my time is spent in searching for things that were automatically viewable on the dashboard. As a host this has become the worst nightmare, why would you make it so difficult...
