I did not cancel even one reservation 

How come I am not receiving the recognition for being super hoes because It says I have not met the criteria but at the same time I didn’t cancel anybody cancel themselves because of various reasons that I am unaware of

You can see your exact progress towards superhost if you click on Menu and then go to Superhost progress.
