First of all, such pretty grounds! Big house in a big yard, as a lifelong New Yorker, I am very envious!
You don't need to put your property address to get feedback. Perhaps you can edit that out? It's probably safer to just put your airbnb link.
Now onto your listing:
There are couple of things you can do to improve your listing and the clicks you will get. The most important and obvious is you will need better photos.
1. The photos of the exterior and the yard as well as the living room are very nice. However, you need better photos of the kitchen and the bedrooms. You should probably have around 20 photos for a house this size. I would take couple of more photos of the bedrooms from a different angle, a better photo of the kitchen and couple photos of the bathrooms looking clean with fresh towels etc.
2. You need to write a bit more text describing your house. Perhaps look around some other listings and see what hosts have written on listings similar to yours. You don't have to say they will not have access to the master bedroom. You already say it's 2 bedrooms, just lock the master and that's it.
The text should say what you like about your house. Also, think about it this way. why would people want to stay at your house? Is there anything else around other than the mall you mention?
A detailed description would serve you well. i hope this helps and I'm sure others will also contribute.
