Welcome as a  new host.

I looked at your listing,  IMO it needs some tuning:

- There is no description of the accommodation

- The section "sleeping arrangements" is missing

- No maximum stay set

Please also note:

- You offer 20% discount to first three bookings,

(it sums up with your weekly/monthly discount).

- Price is the same for 1 to 6 guests:

As you offer 1 night bookings: Is there any profit left with such a low cleaning fee ?
