Different message templates for different properties

Hi there! Is there a way to do different message templates for different properties? I’m about to Airbnb in a different city than my other 2 properties and the check-in/check-out instructions will be different, etc… Thanks for the help!

Hi @Michelle-Swander0 

Yes, you can create different Quick Replies & Scheduled messages for your different properties. For example, for a check in message you would create 2 different messages and label them as such:

Property A - Check-in

Property B - Check-in

For Scheduled Messages, be sure you attach the message to the correct property. It will automatically be sent to the correct property.

For Quick Replies you'll have to be careful to send the correct message for the specific property when manually sending them.
