Hi I'm Pete, New to Airbnb but got a buddy from Airbnb that has given me a huge heads-up. But I want to explore the community with this idea.

- Is it possible to give discount only for guest booking 10 days above? I mean is there any option where I can select discount for booking that is 10 days above?

- Secondly, I want to ask about smart pricing I've not really understand the application - for example I had a guest for Dec 28 - Jan 10 2025 and my min now is AED 300, so for a future date how does it work because I want to believe the minimum price I set won't be the base price for peak seasons.

- Lastly, has anyone engage the pro photograph from Airbnb? If yes any feedback?

Do have a look at the Airbnb Help website @Idowu-Peter0 lt has FAQs on most aspects of managing your STR business on Airbnb including setting up discounts.

i would set your own pricing based on what your market research shows you is the best pricing for key holidays and seasons 

some people have good experiences with airbnb photographers some don't
