Do you rent to people who dont have reviews?

Dear community I recently have had a couple tenants who requested to stay but do not have reviews on their account.  Also had a recent tenant ask to leave luggage at the place because they land early and I have discounted my price to get tenants so I am not interested in being a luggage facility.  Do people who havent rented with airbnb before not understand we arent a hotel?  I had another guy ask me if there was a cleaning every day?  I feel like I am being spammed and contacted Airbnb and was on a call with help center yet the rep didnt understand or couldnt help me review one of the tenants account that doesnt have a photo on there account.

I get questions all the time, and respond with the understanding that they are legitimate, and that the information is important to the prospective guest. People from different places may have different expectations; especially those new to the platform. It may not be unreasonable to them to expect such services as housekeeping or luggage drop-off. I also keep a list of alternatives for them, if necessary or appropriate. I'm always grateful for questions. I want all my guests' surprises to be good ones.

Best wishes to you and may you have guests who are delighted with what you offer!

About 30% of my guests (not tenants) are new to Airbnb @Whitney274

However I vet all guests to make sure they are a good fit for my listing.

if a guest is arriving early morning I suggest they book the night before so the listing is available when they arrive .

if they prefer not to I direct them to left luggage facilities in my city .

I confirm to guests that listings are cleaned on arrival and not during their stay unless longer term bookings which are cleaned for nightly.

i don't see these guests as spammers but guests who don't read the listing.
