What a wonderful place you have!

This is what Airbnb themselves write about what affects search results: https://www.airbnb.dk/help/article/39

It is also known that Airbnb ranks listings highest, which they expect to have the greatest chance of being rented out for any given search.

Therefore, popular amenities affect your ranking.

If you search the internet, Airbnb has also released several articles about which amenities specifically affect ranking. Here is one of them: https://news.airbnb.com/these-social-media-worthy-amenities-rank-highest-on-airbnb/

Furthermore, I noticed that your property is categorized under "Lakefront" but not under "Lake" and "Amazing Views." I would recommend contacting Airbnb (by phone) regarding the last two categories, as your listing does not appear in the search results when those categories are selected. And that's quite misleading, I think.

Thanks so much, @Karen4131 . The link you sent was exactly what I have been looking for. I will be contacting Airbnb to find out more about the two additional categories you identified (LAKE & AMAZING VIEWS). 

So far, the only high-profile amenity I could likely ad is an outdoor hot tub.  I’ve already picked out a spot!
