Hi, We are ready to publish our listing and have registered for our STRA Registration number and received a PID Property ID ...
Hi @Pallavi-Reddy0 ,
Looks like a lovely place. I do not have feedback as I am in the US and I am not familar with expectations in India.
Cheers,
Jeremy
@Pallavi-Reddy0 The place looks beautiful very clean and very modern! Unfortunately I am not sure of the expectations in India as I read another post put that and I have to agree. Maybe a few shots from the balcony and not just pictures of the balcony. What you will see when you're on the balcony. A few too many pictures of the dining room.
Thank you for the feedback Jim
I think part of the reason we are having difficulties giving you ideas is hard to tell what market you are popular for?
My thoughts were an apartment in India, foreign families visiting your country but reviews though excellent seem very short stays not booked with significant advancement.
Are you having a specific issue? What is your target market maybe that would give us better insight?
@Marie8425 Thank you for taking time . Could you please help me what you mean by what market you are popular for ? Sorry I am a novice and dont know much about the market.
I have six apartments listed in the same building.
Listing is in close proximity to the famous Asian Gastroentrology Hospitals called AIG Hospitals and is also very close by to the US Consulate where many Indians have to come in person to get their visas stamped.
Mostly families book my apartments for
1. 3-4 days of stay to get the checkups and any necessary examinations required for the patients which is a regular cadence for the patients in AIG. Probably they are not able to book in advance as they have to get doctors appointments after which they start searching for accomodation
2. Folks coming for visa processing also book our apartments most of the time, the whole process is 3-4 days
Does this make sense @Marie8425 ?
Regards
Pallavi
Okay your market is mostly locals because of two resources you are close to.
Present in your ad your location nearness, ease of traveling to resource, and locals doing things they have to pluses would be any small things you provide like morning drink supplies coffee or tea sugar powdered creamer. They aren't focused on spending but saving, you probably know local cooking customs (in Hawaii always have shoyu soy sauce lol) little touches mean a lot, price wise you don't have to be so cheap you lose money but think of your own mindset finding lodging for my appointment rather then for my beach vacation.
Both people visiting hospitals and embassy's ask them for referrals where to stay. Contact both and just introduce your listing. Create one Guidebook for each that discusses ease to get to from your spacious apartment flat. The General Internet Searches do read the Airbnb site when someone searches there
