Guest Profile Picture

Good day

I have a guest who will be arriving on the 29th - 30th December.  Her profile picture is not posted/displayed for security purposes.  Please advise who can assist with my enquiry?

Has the guest already booked, or is it an enquiry or booking request?

Airbnb doesn't display guest photos before a booking is confirmed for security/privacy/non-discrimination purposes so there is no point contacting them about it.

If, however, the guest already has a confirmed booking and no photo is showing, have you asked the guest if she uploaded one? It's optional, so she might not have. 

If you have not done so already, go into the listings settings (under policies and rules) and select 'profile photo required'. This means that in future, guests can only book with you if they have uploaded one. You still won't be able to see it before a booking is confirmed though.
