I would just post a public reply to their Review and mention your quiet hours are clearly shown on the listing and it's unfortunate the Guest did not review that before booking, as if they didn't find the quiet hours acceptable, they could have booked another stay. Many Airbnb's are homes in residential areas and we want to be respectful of neighbors. I would also offer that most Hosts set Quiet Hours of 10-11pm-8-9am out of respect for their neighbors. I would also suggest since this is important to them, they should always review the House Rules (which include Quiet Hours) BEFORE booking a stay, and it's unfortunate they gave a low star rating when this information was available to them before booking.
If they didn't want to abide by the quiet hours (as most Airbnbs have them) a hotel stay might have been a better option for them.
