I had this same confusion though can say just stick with your AirBnB app. - First add you price
-AirBnB adds their fees, your fees, taxes, cleaning, pet fees, etc are added. Travelers have the option to see base prices (your fees) or added taxes which a perspective guest can toggle on to see. AirBnB’s 2 updates ago is trying to be more transparent with pricing for guests. No more surprises. -Google goes via AirBnb PLUS I learned from my International guests that have stayed with me that their final price is the value of their local currency against the dollar value in my country. AirBnB keeps track of that I’m told. That is something no one has control over. Keep true to pricing in your country on your own space you are hosting. The rest just falls into place. Good luck & happy Holidays,
@Ric30159 If you switch on simplified pricing in your account then your listing price will include all Airbnb fees. They charge you 15%+tax whereas under the old system it is 14.2%Host and 3% guest (both plus tax). The two systems work out within 1% of each other depending on tax rates.
